What does the 30-day money-back guarantee mean?
If you've ordered a URVI product from our online shop and aren't satisfied, you can take advantage of our money-back guarantee within 30 days. We'll then refund the purchase price.
Conditions
Please note the following points:
- After 30 days, no complaints are possible
- The 30-day period applies from the day the order is delivered
- The money-back guarantee is only valid once per customer and product
- You have consumed a maximum of 1/3 of the contents of a pack
Important: When returning multiple units of the same product, only one package may be opened!
The already opened product and any remaining unopened packages must be returned at your own expense to the following address within 30 days for a refund:

Refunds are usually processed within three weeks of receiving the return shipment. Please retain your return tracking number. This serves as proof of shipment in case your package gets lost during the return journey.
Excluded from the guarantee are:
- Merchandise and similar items (hoodies, shirts, travel jars, etc.)
- Vouchers
- Products with reduced price due to a short best before date

Upload a photo of the products you want to return : Take a photo of the opened product along with a note that clearly shows your name, the date, and the order number, and send it to us.
- Get a refund : Your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing and refunding may take up to 3 weeks.
Our products are developed with the utmost care and according to the highest quality standards. Since every body is different, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the results or do not tolerate a product. To ensure you take no risks, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions stated above.
The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.

If you use our products as a consumer, you can revoke the contract you have concluded with us as follows:

You may cancel the contract concluded with us within 14 days of the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. For contracts for multiple goods in one order or deliveries in several partial shipments, the deadline applies from the day on which the last goods are taken into possession. For digital content or services that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, the deadline applies from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of cancellation, it is sufficient if you send the notification of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

(4) Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred by a more expensive delivery method chosen by you), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or the address stated above immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after notification of your cancellation of the contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss arises from handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their quality, properties, and functioning.
Special information on the non-existence or expiry of your right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist and the contract cannot be revoked in the following cases:
• Contracts for the supply of products that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured for you based on your individual selection or specification or that have been clearly adapted to your personal needs.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:
• For contracts for the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.
• For contracts for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• In the case of contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• For service contracts that do not oblige a consumer to pay once the service has been fully provided by the trader.
• For contracts for digital content without payment obligation for consumers, if the entrepreneur has started to fulfil the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for paid digital services
For contracts for digital or other services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun to execute the contract or service, for example, when we have provided you with a digital product. This only applies if you have previously expressly agreed that we can begin executing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have simultaneously confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal in this case.
